Data Entry Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Confirms data from source documents in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

• Validates data entry against source documents to identify typographical errors, missing or duplicated information, and ensures correct application of composition codes, style rules, and necessary edits for corrections, additions, or deletions as needed.

• Conducts a thorough search of the entire application while compiling files in a specified sequence, identifying and organizing all required Text, CWU, and Drawings information to ensure compliance with established rules and guidelines.

• Submits timesheets on a weekly basis.

• Adheres to standard procedures as dictated by current ISO requirements.

• Executes other job-related responsibilities as necessary.

• Operates within clearly defined procedures.

• Develops foundational skills to perform routine tasks.

• Entry-level position providing business support or operational assistance.

• No prior experience or formal training is necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Willingness to commit to up to three weeks of full-time remote training.

• Must commit to a minimum of 40 productive hours per week while working from home.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of computer applications.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to meet scheduled deadlines.

• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as required.

• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment assessments.

• Capacity to meet and maintain the quantity and quality metrics set by each relevant department.
