This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver daily data entry and maintenance assistance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which includes, but is not limited to: creation of opportunity cards, vendor, customer, and item card setup, along with purchase quote entry, sales quote entry, and purchase order creation.
• Act as a support resource for the Order Management team by receiving and executing task requests related to data processing and entry.
• Ensure all data-related tasks assigned by the Order Management team are completed accurately and promptly.
• Respond quickly to reporting requests from the Order Management team or other departments needing data from Business Central.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all data entered or extracted from Business Central and Excel-based tools.
• Assist in recurring and ad-hoc reporting by extracting, formatting, and validating data for operational reports.
• Reconcile, audit, and cleanse data to support business decisions and uphold data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure efficient end-to-end processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to manage and execute data tasks.
• Understand internal processes and systems sufficiently to work with minimal supervision following onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and ensure adherence to internal data governance practices.
• Familiarity with, or hands-on experience using, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with one of the following comparable systems: SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, or Zoho.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and adjust to process changes.
• Strong skills in Excel, including proficiency with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, particularly in providing prompt and accurate responses to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple requests concurrently.
