Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Review and organize legal documents utilizing internal systems and email communications.

• Engage in continuous training to enhance understanding of the industry and related processes.

• Investigate any discrepancies that may occur.

• Complete additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience is not required; however, data entry experience is advantageous.

• Strong technical skills are highly preferred.

• Must possess the ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision.

• Exceptional attention to detail is required.

• A willingness and capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• Typing speed should be between 50 to 60 words per minute.
