Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and organize legal documents utilizing internal systems and email communication.

• Engage in continuous training to enhance understanding of the industry and processes.

• Examine and resolve discrepancies as they occur.

• Carry out additional projects as assigned.

• No prior experience required; experience in data entry is advantageous.

• Strong technical skills are highly preferred.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.

• A willingness to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic proficiency is required.

• Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute is expected.
