This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Provide assistance with data entry and ensure precise record-keeping using Microsoft Office and Sage applications.
• Handle incoming calls with a professional demeanor and appropriately direct inquiries.
• Aid in administrative responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
• Enter financial data into Sage and manage invoices or receipts as necessary.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and correspondence to enhance office efficiency.
• Execute general clerical tasks including typing reports, updating databases, and preparing documents for meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote effective office operations and provide support to various departments as needed.
• Prior experience in an office setting or an administrative role is preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry responsibilities.
• Proven professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service engagements.
• Basic clerical experience encompassing filing, document preparation, and record management.
