Pharmacy Technician – Eligibility Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct benefits investigations and confirm insurance coverage

• Employ authorized tools, EMR systems, and Pharmacy Dispensing Systems (PDS)

• Assess patient medical records to verify medication regimens

• Precisely document the outcomes of investigations

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality patient care

• Detect trends, address issues, and propose process improvements

• Engage in ongoing operational and performance enhancement initiatives

• Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational data

• Remain updated through professional development and training

• Execute additional duties as assigned

• Adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to continuous improvement

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0–1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

• State Pharmacy Technician License (mandatory)

• PTCB certification (mandatory)
