Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on evangelical megachurches across the United States utilizing online directories, church websites, and public resources.

• Gather and validate essential contact details, including church names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and leadership contacts.

• Identify and log key decision-makers such as Senior Pastors, Executive Pastors, Church Administrators, Development Directors, and Outreach Coordinators.

• Create and maintain an organized database using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, or other specified systems.

• Ensure that all collected information is accurate, comprehensive, and formatted correctly.

• Regularly update records by confirming information and eliminating duplicates or outdated entries.

• Classify churches based on size, denomination, location, and other specified criteria.

• Produce progress reports and provide consistent updates on research milestones and database completion.

• Assist in outreach preparation by organizing contact lists and ensuring data integrity.

• Carry out various administrative and data-entry tasks related to church outreach campaigns as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, online research, lead generation, or database management.

• Strong internet research capabilities with the ability to efficiently find accurate and pertinent information.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to handle large datasets while maintaining consistent formatting standards.

• Strong written communication skills for documenting research findings.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
