Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Review and organize legal documents using internal systems and email.

• Engage in continuous training to enhance understanding of the industry and processes.

• Address and resolve discrepancies as they occur.

• Execute additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience required; experience in data entry is advantageous.

• Strong technical skills are highly preferred.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Excellent attention to detail is required.

• A willingness and capability to be a collaborative team member.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

• Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute is necessary.
