This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Download bills manually from the utility website and upload them to the company portal.
• Perform quick and precise non-voice transaction processing, which includes data parsing, data entry, and updating information.
• Adhere closely to process workflows and assist in implementing initiatives and projects as directed by leadership.
• Actively seek and embrace constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Show meticulous attention to detail and thoroughly review one's work with a focus on quality.
• Recognize the importance of workflows, efficiency, and accuracy while processing repetitive operational tasks with high accountability.
• Maintain a solutions-oriented approach, viewing challenges as opportunities to resolve issues and work through them.
• Utilize available resources and materials to address problems, while knowing when to consult with peers and senior staff for assistance.
• Display effective stakeholder management by ensuring client expectations are set and adjusted as necessary.

• Complete tasks diligently and provide support when needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, leadership, and client contacts.
• Collaborate closely with the team leader/manager regarding any issues or concerns related to daily tasks and activities.
• Send inquiries to the point of contact at the end of each day regarding any issues with utility accounts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of process orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to operate effectively in sensitive and high-pressure situations.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Consistently demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and similar tools.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Data Processing Specialist.
• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree; undergraduates must have at least 1 year of experience as a Data Processing Specialist, including outbound calls to the company for account activation via email or phone.
