This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Managing and organizing administrative documentation
• Entering data into an internal case management system
• Evaluating documents and eliminating duplicate pages
• Downloading and overseeing electronic case files
• Providing general administrative assistance (no client interaction required)
• 2–4 years of experience in data entry or administrative positions
• Exceptional English reading and writing abilities
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Willingness to work during US business hours (night shift)
