Data Engineer – IT-Abteilung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and operation of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes

• Integration and processing of internal and external data sources

• Utilization of AI-supported development tools

• Ensuring the operation of the data platform, including monitoring and error analysis

• Implementation of technical requirements and tickets

• Analysis and implementation of business requirements in collaboration with departments

• Optimization of existing data processes and data logics

• Execution of deployments and maintenance of technical documentation

• Participation in testing, releases, and compliance with data, security, and governance regulations

• Analysis and resolution of technical issues in the operation of the data platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python, along with experience in data processing and integration

• Good understanding of Power BI and familiarity with data modeling, databases, and interfaces

• Experience with data platforms, database, or cloud environments

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to technical questions

• Proficient use of AI-supported development tools and the ability to critically evaluate results

• Team-oriented, self-responsible, with a keen interest in technology and a high willingness to learn
