Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines from both internal and external sources.

• Establish automated data quality assessments, observability, and monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs).

• Facilitate master data management, metadata management, data lineage, and access controls.

• Enhance datasets and pipelines for analytics, machine learning training, and API usage.

• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to meet feature and model requirements.

• Contribute to the long-term platform roadmap and ensure readiness for artificial intelligence initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or platform-related roles.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience managing data platforms in a large-scale production environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree in Big Data, AI, or relevant areas is preferred.

• Relevant certifications such as PMI ACP, PMP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent are advantageous.
