Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Gather, process, and sanitize data from diverse sources.

• Create and execute data models, ETL pipelines, and automated workflows.

• Perform comprehensive data analysis and develop predictive models to address business challenges.

• Generate reports and visualizations using Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend business issues and deliver actionable insights.

• Continuously enhance internal processes by automating repetitive tasks.

• Support account growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to add further value to clients.

• Report directly to the Head of Data and Engineering.

• Participate in medium- to large-scale projects across various industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

• Profound knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.

• Previous experience managing marketing data.

• Proficient in Python and SQL, along with other relevant languages/tools.

• Experience in constructing ETL pipelines and transforming data from various sources.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.

• GCP certification is desirable.

• Knowledge of big data processing technologies, such as Spark or Hadoop, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a bonus.
