This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become part of a dynamic, career-focused team as a Data Engineer.
• Create, develop, and uphold ETL pipelines across a variety of data sources.
• Establish data management standards and uphold data quality practices.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance data loading and management processes.
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in data engineering or a related area.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and sustain scalable ETL pipelines across various data sources.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management practices that align with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) standards.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python (or equivalent) for ingesting and transforming data from flat files, JSON, XML, Excel, APIs, and graph databases.
• Practical experience in loading, managing, and optimizing data within Databricks Unity Catalog and SQL Server managed instances, along with proficiency in streaming/batch ingestion frameworks and modern Lakehouse architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to implement standard processes ensuring data quality, lineage, reliability, and performance while working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in supporting a fraud detection, anomaly detection, or financial oversight analytics environment.
