Data Conversion Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engaging in the ingestion and transformation of data: Actively converting new customer data from existing cloud, hosted, and server-based systems into RevolutionEHR software.

• Delivering exceptional data migration services through intricate data cleansing and manipulation tasks.

• Driving process evolution: Consulting and collaborating with fellow data conversion specialists to assess and refine technical solutions.

• Developing comprehensive mappings, executing data verification, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and contributing innovative ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of FTP applications, SSH, and both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Experience using Teams and Microsoft Office applications.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in computer operations and basic troubleshooting.

• Background in software support, technical support, or customer service roles.

• Strong dedication to quality, enhancing user experience, and excellent customer service abilities.

• Effective and consistent communication skills, with the capability to call, email, and text customers.

• Proficient listening skills, with the ability to discuss a range of technical and non-technical subjects.

• Excellent documentation skills, including updating and maintaining articles, with a desire to enhance documentation.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems, processes for handling tickets, and a commitment to contributing quality data.

• Ability to follow instructions, adhere to established guidance, best practices, and team workflows.

• High level of collaboration, engagement, and active participation in team initiatives.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

• Exceptional drive, strong work ethic, and proficient time and workload management skills.
