Data Conversion Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete data conversion process for healthcare payer data.

• Act as a subject matter expert in payer data domains.

• Analyze patterns in healthcare payer data and conduct data profiling.

• Create and implement a phased plan for data conversion.

• Write, maintain, and conduct unit tests on data conversion code.

• Design ETL processes, including data extraction, loading logic, and workflows.

• Conduct post-installation testing and identify any conversion defects.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding progress and potential risks.

• Develop detailed documentation for data conversion processes.

• Collaborate with project managers and business teams effectively.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in technology integrations.

• At least 7 years in technical leadership positions.

• Proven hands-on experience in leading data conversion or migration projects.

• Extensive experience with Healthcare Payer data domains.

• Proficient in architecting software or data solutions.

• Strong background in ETL design and implementation.

• Experience with SQL for data extraction purposes.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline.
