Data Conversion Developer

📋 Description

• Develop data conversion scripts to transition clients to our TaxSys software utilizing contemporary Perl and SQL on a Linux / MySQL platform.

• Troubleshoot data issues by applying technical expertise alongside domain knowledge to identify errors within clients’ data.

• Work in conjunction with a data analyst to verify converted data and collect client feedback on each migration process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in producing high-quality code (preferably with Perl).

• Comprehensive understanding of relational databases and SQL (MySQL experience is advantageous).

• Familiarity with Linux, BASH shell scripting, Makefiles, Docker, or similar container management solutions is a plus.
