📋 Description

• Build identity resolution frameworks independently.

• Develop actionable audience segments.

• Utilize customer data to enhance personalization and achieve business objectives.

• Implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Facilitate omnichannel customer engagement and data activation use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and management.

• In-depth understanding of Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Audience Segmentation, and Activation Targets.

• Background in AI-driven segmentation, propensity modeling, and Next Best Action scenarios.

• Experience in creating predictive audiences for churn, cross-sell, upsell, and customer lifetime value.

• Familiarity with integrating data from CRM, Marketing Automation, Web, Mobile App, Commerce, and Loyalty systems.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Comprehension of customer data architecture and Customer 360 concepts.

• Experience with APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations.

• Skills in data validation, troubleshooting, and governance.

• Knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies.

• Experience supporting omnichannel engagement across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Paid Media.

• Familiarity with data lakes and data warehouses.

• Understanding of Adobe RT-CDP, Segment, Tealium, or similar CDP platforms.

• Awareness of MC Next setup.

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.

• Salesforce AI Associate certification is preferred.
