This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage high-demand projects within U.S. Data Center Services.
• Facilitate the execution of project activities to guarantee timely delivery within the project budget and operational framework.
• Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual project performance.
• Oversee and authorize requests for invoicing, including addressing delays, errors, and other issues.
• Assist in the coordination of various administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up through email, SharePoint, and Project Management software.
• Achieve internal and customer-driven SLAs and response times, ensuring proactive involvement across all assigned projects.
• Support the project manager in scheduling kickoff and recurring meetings with stakeholders.
• Address and resolve coordination and/or administrative issues.
• Serve as backup support to the project manager during weekly calls.
• Review project plans to confirm that site safety and integrity concerns are identified and addressed before the project begins.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A combination of higher education and relevant work experience is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of project support experience is required.
• CAPM certification or PMP is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Electrical-based project management or project support is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Planner is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate across all U.S. time zones as necessary.
• Candidates must possess work authorization allowing them to work for ABB in the U.S.
