This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Accountable for delivering the technical expertise and thorough management required to fulfill Power Systems sales orders according to project specifications.

β’ Physical capabilities must be fulfilled, including the regular necessity to stand, walk, and communicate effectively. Employees frequently need to sit, utilize hands for tasks such as gripping, handling, or feeling; reach with hands and arms; as well as climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally, employees may lift and/or transport up to 20 pounds.
β’ A minimum of two years of experience in project management for industrial/electrical power generation systems equipment.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Preferred: College degree in a related field.
β’ Basic understanding of BAS/BMS communication, protective relaying, breaker design and operation, Modbus/Ethernet communication, generator paralleling, diesel engine operational requirements/room design, fuel and cooling systems, emissions regulations and testing, as well as relevant electrical and regulatory codes.
β’ Proficiency in all relevant software and operating systems, including Word, Excel, EBMS, Salesforce, DBS, Cat PowerNet, SIS-WEB, PSQ, Lotus Notes, EOMP, AutoCAD, and Adobe Standard.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude is essential.
β’ Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
β’ Experience in conflict resolution with contractors, consultants, engineers, vendors, utility companies, and end-users.
β’ An excellent driving record is required.
