Data Center Program Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive strategic initiatives that promote company growth, such as entering new markets, developing data centers, and enhancing operational processes.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables across various ongoing projects.

• Create presentations, reports, meeting documents, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.

• Engage in cross-departmental meetings with teams from Real Estate, Energy, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Development, and Strategy.

• Organize project documentation, maintain tracking systems, and refine internal processes.

• Identify potential enhancements to workflows, reporting mechanisms, and project management practices.

• Gain insights into negotiations, commercial discussions, land development activities, and strategic decision-making.

• Undertake additional project-related tasks and special assignments as requested by management.

• Perform other job-related responsibilities as directed by management, in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Familiarity with project management software is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities.

• Interest in data centers, energy infrastructure, commercial real estate, or large-scale development projects.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and stakeholders, up to 25% of the time.
