This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee all Data Capture projects from the initial handoff to successful completion.
• Convert signed client agreements into actionable field deployment plans.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines and execution schedules.
• Ensure that project milestones are met on schedule.
• Recognize potential risks early and actively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage multiple simultaneous deployments across North America and globally.
• Serve as the main operational liaison for clients before and during field deployments.
• Clarify the project scope.
• Verify site access requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling logistics.
• Handle logistical management.
• Confirm project deliverables.
• Communicate any changes in scheduling.
• Keep clients informed about the next steps at all times.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Data Capture Team, Geospatial Team, Product & Engineering Operations, Finance, and Logistics Management.
• Manage all aspects necessary for successful field deployments, including: equipment shipments, drone logistics, site access documentation, safety documentation, field schedules, and resource planning.
• Work in close partnership with the Director and Data Capture Field Lead to: schedule technicians, balance workloads, minimize unnecessary travel, enhance utilization, and forecast future resource needs.
• Ensure smooth information flow among all stakeholders.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, client delivery, or project management.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in rapidly changing environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management software (Asana, or similar).
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams.
• Preferred: PMP certification (or progress toward it).
• Experience in engineering, construction, surveying, drones, infrastructure, utilities, or field operations.
• Knowledge of GIS, UAV operations, or infrastructure inspection.
• Experience in coordinating field crews.
• Knowledge of international logistics.
• Understanding of procurement and equipment coordination.
