• Assess the current data architecture and recommend structural enhancements.

• Streamline and standardize the organization's data environment to foster improved governance and scalability.

• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for the organization.

• Analyze data flows, integrations, pipelines, and data models to uncover optimization possibilities.

• Ensure the integrity, quality, security, and governance of data.

• Act as a technical resource for initiatives related to data architecture.

• Assist technology teams in outlining architectural best practices.

• Collaborate with global leadership to shape the company’s data strategy.

• Create technical and architectural documentation in English.

• Engage in strategic discussions with international teams.

• Extensive experience as a Data Architect within large corporate settings.

• Proven track record of evaluating, restructuring, and advancing existing data architectures.

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, governance, data quality, and data architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform).

• Familiarity with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse architectures, and data integrations.

• Proficient in working with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Practical experience in ETL/ELT processes and data integration.

• Understanding of Data Governance practices, Data Catalogs, and Metadata Management.

• Capability to operate in a consultative role with both business and technology sectors.

• Exceptional communication skills and a strategic perspective.

• Proficient in English for effective daily communication with international teams.
