• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Skilled in Azure Data Factory.

• Knowledge of SQL Server.

• Expertise in Data Modeling (Kimball / Data Vault / Lakehouse).

• Experience in Data Migration (SQL Server, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with Apache Spark.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview.

• Understanding of AI Data Architecture (RAG, Vector Search, Embeddings).

• Proven team leadership and client consulting skills.

• Microsoft Certifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate.

• Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

• Preferred open-source contributions in the Data / ML domain.

• Experience in consulting or service environments supporting multiple clients is preferred.

• Desired experience in R&D and innovation leadership.

• Experience managing data platforms under regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or Financial Services compliance is preferred.
