Data Architect – EMEA Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist in the creation of advanced, secure data solutions for digital marketing platforms.

• Develop data strategies, architectures, SQL, and governance for customer solutions covering profiles, segmentation, journeys, and campaigns.

• Construct data solutions across various Adobe products and cloud platforms in alignment with enterprise data strategies.

• Engage with customers for data discovery, evaluation of systems and business processes, and source analysis.

• Integrate sales, CRM, analytics, and other disparate data for digital marketing applications.

• Oversee conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.

• Establish standards for data quality, master data management, governance, modeling, tooling, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Recognize customer needs and produce scalable, secure data blueprints.

• Design solutions to accommodate growing data volumes, tools, and integrations.

• Provide data lake and real-time customer profile readiness through REST APIs, Postman, and scripting.

• Create streaming and batch data ingestion solutions and collaborate on ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Enhance data query performance while adhering to product guardrails.

• Steer end-to-end data migration projects while ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of data architecture, modeling, and SQL expertise working directly with clients.

• Mastery in developing customer-focused database models across various architectures including relational, hierarchical, and analytical (RDBMS, Columnar, Data Warehouse, BI, Document, Semantic layer, Data Lakes, OLTP & OLAP).

• Advanced SQL development capabilities (functions, transformations, arrays, joins, stored procedures, data analysis).

• Extensive experience in translating business needs into scalable data architecture through structured workflow/process analysis.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent customer projects.

• Strong communication skills.

• Practical experience or administration of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including available AI tools.

• In-depth domain knowledge in one or more industries (retail, telecom, healthcare, automotive, cloud/streaming, etc.).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Bash scripting.

• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale data migrations.

• Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) certification is preferred.
