Data Architect, Boomi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and document comprehensive integration architectures across legacy systems, e-commerce platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and microservices.

• Develop and enhance integration workflows between the integration platform and the client's ERP system.

• Establish best practices for development, including naming conventions and component reuse.

• Create centralized strategies for logging, auditing, and exception handling.

• Conduct infrastructure sizing and optimize for concurrency, rate limiting, and resource utilization.

• Oversee the promotion of integration processes through development, QA, and production environments, including managing version control.

• Provide technical guidance through code reviews and mentoring sessions.

• Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and ERP functional specialists to define data requirements.

• Evaluate and recommend master data governance practices.

• Act as the technical reference point for unifying data across ERP, CRM, finance, inventory management, and customer-facing platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures (middleware, ESB, or iPaaS).

• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of the Boomi integration platform (AtomSphere, API Management, Atom/Molecule, EDI/B2B) is a mandatory requirement.

• Experience in integrating customer-facing systems (ERP, CRM, e-commerce) using connectors and APIs, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous connection points.

• Strong proficiency in Groovy or JavaScript for advanced data manipulation and complex mapping.

• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, Webhooks, JSON, XML, XSLT, and SQL.

• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and TLS/SSL authentication and security protocols.

• Advanced English language skills (C1 or above).

• Strong communication abilities for engaging with both technical teams and business executives.

• Systemic thinking and robust analytical skills.

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP, including SuiteTalk APIs, RESTlets, SuiteScript, or SuiteQL (preferred).

• Official Boomi certifications (preferred).

• Experience using master data management tools and Data Hub capabilities (preferred).

• Functional understanding of ERP modules related to Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, or CRM (preferred).

• Familiarity with Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace (preferred).

• A proactive approach to suggesting improvements and embracing emerging technologies (preferred).
