Data Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery workshops to evaluate current data platforms, identity frameworks, integrations, and business needs.

• Create scalable data architectures that incorporate Snowflake, Databricks, mParticle, Hightouch, Braze, and broader MarTech ecosystems.

• Establish data models, identity resolution, consent, governance, and data quality standards across various brands and markets.

• Develop technical roadmaps, outline delivery phases, estimate effort, and obtain client approval prior to implementation.

• Assess data technologies and tools based on business needs, performance criteria, and commercial goals.

• Lead Data Engineering teams in the implementation and optimization of batch, event-driven, and low-latency data pipelines.

• Set up data validation, monitoring, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

• Convert intricate data analyses and technical designs into clear recommendations and business value for client stakeholders.

• Mentor engineers and consultants, perform technical reviews, and advocate for continuous improvement within delivery teams.

• Assist in proposals, pitches, workshops, and strategic initiatives while identifying opportunities to enhance client engagements.

• Proven experience in leading data architecture projects and client engagements.

• Strong proficiency in data integration tools and platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and others.

• Familiarity with data governance, quality standards, and identity resolution best practices.

• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to mentor and guide teams effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
