• Have experience in collecting, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and conveying data and information to a variety of audiences, particularly those who are not technical.

• Design and implement robust, scalable, secure, and optimized data solutions that align with business requirements and strategic objectives.

• Assess the client's existing data estate, diagnose underlying issues, and recommend potential solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their data needs and offer expert advice on data management and architecture.

• Develop data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.

• Supervise the ingestion and integration of data from multiple sources into enterprise data platforms.

• Conduct data quality assessments and establish data governance processes and best practices.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and management.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and other team members.

• Identify and address data-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• **Qualifications:**

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Architect, with over 10 years in data architecture, database management, and data modeling.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks, particularly Agile.

• Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, CosmosDB, Snowflake, Databricks).

• Practical experience with data modeling tools, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.

• Experience with at least one cloud data platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Strong knowledge of data workflow solutions such as Azure Data Factory, Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, etc.

• Good understanding of stream and batch processing solutions like Apache Flink and Apache Kafka.

• Familiarity with log management, monitoring, and analytics solutions such as Splunk, Elastic Stack, and New Relic.
