Data and Systems Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluate code and applications created by fellow development team members to ensure they function correctly according to business requirements.

• Support senior management in making design and architectural choices for business systems.

• Engage in relevant meetings as needed.

• Monitor issues reported by users and ensure they are resolved.

• Work on special projects assigned by senior IT management.

• Assist in the monthly data submission to DCF.

• Provide support for data reconciliation tasks.

• Test new features and/or updates in Carisk’s systems.

• Create and distribute monthly reports to clients and providers.

• Manage user accounts and create new accounts.

• Offer user training and technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / BS degree.

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Application Development, or Business Technology.

• Familiarity with DCF PAM 155-2 data requirements.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Willingness to work diligently and learn while being mentored by a senior architect and business leaders.

• Ability to think on your feet and adapt based on business needs.

• Experience with Windows, MS Office, and IT Ticketing Systems.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
