Data and Compliance Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, organize, and analyze both structured and unstructured data.

• Create dashboards and management reports utilizing Power BI.

• Streamline processes and workflows through Power Automate.

• Construct and sustain data pipelines for compliance monitoring and indicators.

• Assist with access governance, conduct RBAC reviews, and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.

• Oversee backlog management and facilitate agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps.

• Partner with Compliance, IT, Product, and Audit teams to advance strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Governance, or Compliance.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.

• Skilled in SQL.

• Familiarity with Power BI.

• Experience using Power Automate.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency with Git.

• Understanding of data management and data quality principles.

• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Preferred: familiarity with Compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, as well as RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), SharePoint, Confluence, and APIs.

• Preferred: Scrum certification (CSM or PSM).

• Preferred: background in Data Governance or Data Management.
