Data and Business Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify areas for process enhancement to address common challenges and propose innovative, effective solutions.

• Automate manual processes to allow you and your colleagues to concentrate on high-impact projects.

• Develop customized no-code/low-code tools for organizers to test and collect feedback.

• Document and provide training to team members on the new tools and processes you create.

• Create and maintain tools that enable the operations teams to work more efficiently.

• Take a step back to evaluate our organizers' performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Conduct ad-hoc, comprehensive data analysis to discover root causes of issues and evaluate their impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Looking for a 6-month internship located in Paris.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Regular user of AI tools.

• Proficient in SQL/BI tools or willing to become proficient.

• Experience with no-code automation tools (like Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is advantageous.

• Fluent in French; strong English skills required; Portuguese is a plus.

• Nearing graduation from an engineering school, business school, or university with a robust quantitative major.
