This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts collaborating with product and business teams within our Supply domain.
• Oversee data analysis across various product areas, customer behaviors, partner performance, and more.
• Manage performance evaluations through regular one-on-one meetings to address the workload and personal growth of data analysts.
• Propel high-impact analytical projects throughout the organization.
• Foster relationships and manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Develop, prioritize, and proactively communicate the analytics team's backlog.
• Collaborate with the Heads of Product to align the backlog with the most impactful initiatives in the Supply sector.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the organization's data-driven culture.
• Mentor colleagues and stakeholders on data utilization and its importance.
• Engage in the hiring process to recruit top talent in product and data analytics for Printify.
• Equip the team with the latest analytical and statistical methodologies relevant to Printify's business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage priorities among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of data analysts.
• Previous experience in a product-oriented company or marketplace is an advantage.
• Familiarity with applying AI in a data context is a plus, though not mandatory.
• A strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to experiment with AI and incorporate it into workflows is crucial.
• Demonstrated capability to present and articulate summarized results of data analysis clearly.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
• Practical experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Looker is advantageous).
• Strong grasp of data modeling and data quality principles.
• Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus).
• Solid understanding of statistics and A/B testing.
• Experience with product experimentation.
