Data Analytics Lead – Property & Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and manage comprehensive analytics projects that tackle strategic business inquiries across P&C underwriting, claims, distribution, and client experience.

• Create sophisticated statistical models, segmentation analyses, and predictive frameworks to identify trends within extensive and complex datasets.

• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting tools utilizing BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.

• Collaborate with business leaders in Sales, P&C Underwriting, Operations, and Finance to convert their needs into actionable analytical project plans.

• Offer guidance, conduct code reviews, and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level analysts within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Over 6 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior position.

• Advanced expertise in SQL; solid working knowledge of Python or R for analytical processes.

• Proficient in using BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Strong grasp of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and the regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
