Data Analytics / Data Science Tutor, Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide accurate responses to learners’ inquiries, both in written form and orally.

• Develop, prepare, and continually enhance educational materials focused on data analytics and data science.

• Instruct and reinforce training content through live sessions, webinars, classroom settings, and individualized learning support.

• Assist learners during moments of uncertainty and guide them through exercises and projects.

• Evaluate learning progress.

• Administer and grade final examinations to determine training outcomes.

• Maintain the quality of existing training programs and offer constructive feedback to the Learning Team.

• Conduct personalized coaching sessions.

• Provide support to new team members.

• Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Actively engage in the continuous development of training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, (business) mathematics, natural sciences, or business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in data analytics or data science.

• Proficiency in cleaning and performing exploratory analyses of data.

• Capability to visualize results in a clear and accessible manner.

• Skill in developing and evaluating basic models.

• Familiarity with Python, pandas, matplotlib, and scikit-learn.

• SQL skills and experience with AI tools are advantageous.

• Teaching experience in delivering technical or subject-specific content to non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of instructional methodologies in adult education and online learning.

• Strong customer service orientation, empathy, effective communication, and a culture of constructive feedback.

• A hands-on approach, team-oriented spirit, resilience, and adaptability.

• Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany.
