This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Business Consultant on EEO, Affirmative Action, and workforce analytics strategies.

• Employ proprietary software to produce standard or tailored reports that analyze workforce trends related to hiring, promotions, terminations, compensation, and other government reporting (EEO-1 & VETS).

• Work with both internal and external clients to strategize on regulatory matters, business initiatives, and industry best practices.

• Interact with OFCCP, EEOC, and other relevant organizations within the industry.

• Examine data sets for completeness and accuracy, documenting any discrepancies found.

• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and accuracy across all client files.

• Implement defined checks and balances while developing additional client-specific validation criteria.

• Integrate information and offer recommendations to the Project Team.

• Adhere to established Data Analytics processes and protocols.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including calendars, notes, and time tracking.

• Collaborate with the Project Team on project status updates, risks, and opportunities.

• Propose process enhancements, solutions, and procedural modifications internally.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent amount of experience in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Systems Analysis, Statistics, or related fields.

• Familiarity with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity laws, regulations, procedures, and policies.

• Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) principles, concepts, and practices, including industry standards and affirmative action initiatives.

• Knowledge of HR functions such as Staffing, Compensation, EEO/AA Compliance, Training, and Recruiting.

• Strong statistical and mathematical capabilities, with proven experience in data analysis and deriving conclusions from various data points.

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Tools, including Excel, Sheets, and Access, with the ability to create formulas to uncover root causes and patterns in datasets.

• Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools to improve data analysis and generate predictive insights.

• Knowledgeable in data mining, data manipulation, statistical analysis, HR metrics, HRIS/HRMS systems, and general HR processes and procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multitasking environment with strict deadlines.

• Skilled in asking probing questions, gathering data from diverse sources, applying logic, and formulating solutions.

• Strong organization and time management skills.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
