Data Analytics, BI Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and direct a function, organization, department, or team to develop, implement, and/or execute initiatives within the designated area of responsibility.

• Take responsibility for the delivery of solutions and enhancements.

• Develop technology roadmaps that align with organizational strategies and emerging technological solutions.

• Ensure the provision of efficient service capabilities.

• Implement sustainable maintenance practices for services, solutions, and applications.

• Lead global teams across various functions.

• Forge strong partnerships with vendors and comprehensively manage stakeholder relationships.

• Plan and oversee organization-wide processes, procedures, tools, and techniques for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks.

• Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of technology and channels.

• Promote continuous improvement in customer and consumer experiences.

• Drive technology-enabled value creation within the business.

• Develop and manage analytical methods, techniques, and capabilities to facilitate data analysis, insight generation, value creation, and informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders, business leaders, representatives, product owners, service owners, and delivery partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading analytics, data, IT services, or business intelligence teams in a global context.

• Proven track record in managing business stakeholders, prioritizing demands, and translating business needs into sustainable data and analytics solutions.

• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms, data management, reporting solutions, and service operations.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including employee development, coaching, performance management, and organizational planning.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across business and technology sectors.

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
