Data Analytics and Data Science Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live instructional sessions for learners in Data Analytics.

• Offer weekly video tutoring and provide on-demand tutoring assistance.

• Conduct quality assurance evaluations, maintaining a minimum QA score of 80% or higher.

• Deliver exceptional responses during live support interactions.

• Assess mentor session materials in accordance with internal standards.

• Offer structured feedback on academic content sourced externally.

• Assist students through on-demand video explanations and interactive Q&A sessions.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives.

• Recognize learner knowledge gaps and communicate insights to Leads.

• Train and mentor MNEs (Mentors in the New Era) throughout their initial 90 days of onboarding.

• Provide continuous process support to MNEs in daily academic tasks.

• Collaborate with mentors and academic teams to enhance the quality of instructional delivery.

• Propose enhancements to activity guidelines, internal procedures, and learning workflows.

• Recommend updates to the curriculum and new course offerings based on market demand.

• Monitor academic workload and suggest redistributions as needed.

• Compile reports on SME academic performance, live support engagement, and quality metrics.

• Curate emerging analytics tools, datasets, and workflows.

• Evaluate video support interactions, live lesson delivery, and tutoring responses against QA criteria.

• Present insights and recommendations for enhancing processes and academic delivery effectiveness.

• Support frameworks for instructional delivery, learner engagement strategies, and academic support quality.

• Assist in aligning the curriculum with the changing expectations of the data analytics industry and hiring trends.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the learner experience across analytics education pathways.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry and/or teaching in Data Analytics or related fields.

• Strong practical experience with contemporary analytics workflows and business data interpretation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields is preferred.

• B.Tech / BE / BSc / MSc / M.Tech in a relevant analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related domain.

• A minimum of 15 years of formal education.

• Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis fundamentals, data retrieval and querying, data cleaning and preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and statistical reasoning.

• Proficient in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, and PostgreSQL at an industry level.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis, experimental design, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and business data interpretation.

• Capability to communicate business insights, create dashboards and reports, build visual narratives, and convert analytical outputs into actionable recommendations.

• Practical experience with data extraction, data cleaning pipelines, dataset transformation, and structured reporting.

• Previous experience in EdTech or online instruction is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach learners based in the US.

• Experience leading sessions via Zoom or similar virtual learning platforms.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to convey complex analytical subjects clearly without unnecessary jargon.

• Proficient in both written and verbal English.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends based on business needs.

• Capability to mentor junior experts and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving academic quality.

• Certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics are preferred.

• Strong learner empathy, analytical communication, business insight sharing, dashboard review, live instruction, collaboration, continuous learning, and student coaching abilities.
