Data Analyst, Lithuanian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance the quality of data for multilingual text classifiers.

• Collaborate with Linguistics and Engineering teams to create parsers for various languages.

• Translate classifications, including Skills, Titles, and Occupations.

• Examine and refine data utilizing Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Leverage expertise in language, data, and text analysis to ensure high-quality global data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required proficiency in reading and writing Lithuanian, with a solid grasp of language syntax and structural analysis.

• A reliable laptop and internet connection are necessary.

• A Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or a related field is preferred.

• Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, especially those fluent in Latvian or Estonian.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data cleanup, and functions is essential.

• Familiarity with query languages such as SQL is required.

• Advanced skills in writing rules using regular expressions (RegEx) are necessary.

• Understanding of text analysis or machine learning concepts is important.

• Experience in data analysis with tools like Excel is a must.

• Capability to perform detail-oriented tasks with precision and consistency.

• Ability to follow intricate instructions, manage ambiguity, and work autonomously.

• Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and effective time management are essential.
