Data Analyst, Intermediate/Senior, Credit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the analytics partner for credit products: create the pipelines and dashboards that facilitate decision-making throughout the entire product lifecycle, from feature launch and rollout monitoring to mature product analytics.

• Design and take ownership of dbt models with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and the intricacies of credit data.

• Develop dashboards that extend beyond mere reporting to address essential product and portfolio inquiries.

• Assist with experimentation across the credit portfolio.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize the most impactful tasks, and link analysis to business results.

• Proactively recognize trends and opportunities, thinking beyond the immediate request.

• Contribute to team culture through code reviews, peer feedback, and refining our shared best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a data or analytics position.

• Proficient in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt — these are essential for this role.

• Familiarity with Git workflows: branching, clear commits, and constructive pull request reviews.

• A strong communicator who tailors messages to the audience.

• Inquisitive about the business aspects of data, and interested in how your contributions relate to product decisions.

• You incorporate AI tools into your daily workflow.

• Bonus if You Have:

• Experience with credit, lending, or consumer finance data.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

• Background in fintech or consumer products.

• Certifications in Redshift and dbt.
