Data Analyst – In-Store

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product analytics from start to finish — including funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for each significant feature launch on the SevenRooms platform.

• Develop new data products designed to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing outcomes, post-launch evaluations, and continuous optimization efforts.

• Create and implement PLG automations that convert product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows.

• Utilize GenAI and ML techniques — working alongside our GTM Engineer — for product analytics applications such as web-sourced feature adoption opportunities, predictive modeling for transactions, and scoring for Add-On ICP.

• Maintain close communication supporting multiple PMs with reporting and ad-hoc analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in analyzing product data and collaborating with Product Management teams within a SaaS context.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

• Practical experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms like Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.

• Proven capability to transform ambiguous product inquiries into thorough, scoped analyses that yield actionable recommendations — not just dashboards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present comfortably to product and executive audiences.
