Data Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming, particularly emphasizing the Sportsbook.

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and assist in data-informed decision-making within the Sportsbook Product team.

• Aid the Sportsbook Product team with testing, analysis, and reporting while enhancing the product and optimizing user experiences.

• Generate regular and on-demand insights.

• Collect and present insight metrics and activities to key stakeholders.

• Establish yourself as a reliable source of intelligence and advisory.

• Collaborate with Analysts and Data Scientists to address business challenges.

• Stay updated on technology and trends in data analytics as well as the sports betting and gaming sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in an analytics role.

• Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

• Strong expertise in SQL.

• Proficient in a statistical programming language, such as R or Python.

• Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools, like Tableau or PowerBI.

• Solid proficiency in data analysis or mathematical model development.

• In-depth understanding of statistical concepts, including multivariate testing.

• Experience with code repositories, such as GitHub.

• Familiarity with Amplitude is a plus.

• Proven ability to closely collaborate with stakeholders, building trust and prioritizing relationships.

• Customer-focused, highly results-oriented, and driven by data.

• Experience in high-growth environments.

• Logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
