📋 Description

• Accountable for fulfilling the analytic data requirements of the business unit

• Manage intricate data projects and serve as a leader to other Data Analysts

• Offer advanced analytical support to enhance business operations

• Extract, load, model, and reconcile extensive datasets across various system platforms

• Analyze data to assess operational impacts and necessary actions

• Create reports and deliverables for management's review

• Ensure adherence to federal and state reporting requirements for deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

• Over 4 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis

• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector

• Experience in project management or significant involvement in project implementation
