This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop sophisticated data visualizations.
• Generate intricate reports utilizing scripts and reporting tools.
• Design and produce consensus and statistical demand forecast reports.
• Continuously enhance forecasting techniques, methods, and strategies.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to pinpoint enhancements and automation possibilities.
• Independently analyze datasets to uncover opportunities for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and validate technical database issues alongside the development team.
• Create monthly Excel and Google Sheets documents derived from databases.
• Execute quality assurance on data to detect potential data discrepancies.
• Address data-related technical challenges and support data infrastructure requirements.
• Assemble large, intricate datasets that fulfill both functional and non-functional business needs.
• Collaborate with data and analytics specialists to enhance data system functionalities.
• Perform other related tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a recognized four-year college or university, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing substantial datasets and creating visual data representations.
• Proficient in SQL, including the creation and modification of macros and dashboard development using SQL coding.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Excel, encompassing formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookup and reference formulas, statistical formulas, macros, conditional formatting, data importation, and graph/chart creation.
• Capability to independently analyze extensive data sets and identify, analyze, and interpret trends, gaps, and patterns within complex datasets.
• Ability to perform office-related tasks, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
• Capability to navigate within an office environment.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Effective communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Google PLX Dashboards.
