📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Kepler data content from start to finish — ensuring product success by delivering top-notch outputs with an emphasis on precision and consistently enhancing client value.

• Manage extensive datasets and cultivate deep knowledge of our proprietary methods and techniques, developing robust mental models that enable you to guarantee data accuracy, pinpoint methodological gaps, and extract essential insights.

• Address intricate data challenges by employing strong analytical judgment to refine methodologies, evaluate new datasets, and tackle problems that demand creative solutions — even when faced with incomplete or ambiguous information.

• Leverage AI and tools to create significant efficiencies — enhancing speed, minimizing manual tasks, and automating aspects of workflows. You will establish repeatable processes, uphold high standards for accuracy and quality, and assess AI-generated outcomes.

• Utilize AI to enhance client value — you will craft prompts and conduct automated evaluation processes to ensure our client-facing Kepler Insight Agent is precise and capable of addressing the questions posed by our customers.

• Collaborate across various functions, including Research, Engineering, and other teams — facilitating work unblocking, aligning on best practices, and creating solutions that streamline workflows and optimize data processes.

• Assist our customers in comprehending the data by addressing complex inquiries regarding anomalies and trends that our first line of support is unable to resolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics.

• You have expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or PySpark, including the development of reliable, reusable analysis workflows.

• You have a demonstrated history of quickly mastering complex data methodologies and constructing strong mental models of how and why data functions.

• You have successfully led complex, ambiguous projects involving multiple stakeholders — defining the approach, fostering alignment, and achieving results — with a pronounced bias toward action and ownership.

• You can articulate complex concepts clearly — including methodologies, risks, and trade-offs — and influence cross-functional partners to advance decision-making.

• You actively engage with AI tools and are enthusiastic about utilizing AI to create leverage — not merely for productivity, but for fundamentally improved and faster working methods.
