Data Analyst – Custom Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain Sigma dashboards that represent AI and interaction performance across client accounts.

• Spearhead standardization initiatives by creating reusable dashboard templates and establishing a consistent KPI framework.

• Examine AI agent performance data with an emphasis on call containment rates.

• Produce and present weekly performance scorecards and assist in quarterly business reviews.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to prepare and share data-driven insights during client presentations.

• Expertise in Sigma for dashboard creation.

• Proven ability to convey analytical insights to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in developing performance scorecards, trend reports, or other similar recurring analytical outputs.
