Data Analyst, Clinical Analytics, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and circulate reports regarding clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk management on a regular basis.

• Employ various computational languages, platforms, and environments to extract and manage data in preparation for analysis and/or reporting.

• Offer clinical insights and data trends to support and inform a wide range of projects and initiatives throughout the organization.

• Present data and collaborate closely with a diverse array of stakeholders, including senior-level operators and clinic teammates.

• Summarize results in a way that is accessible to non-technical audiences to guide recommendations and subsequent actions for leadership.

• Create unified presentations based on findings, encapsulating insights derived from the analysis.

• Serve as a cooperative partner during strategic meetings.

• Establish expertise and act as a thought leader in clinical and methodological areas.

• Willingness to travel (up to 10% of the time).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; degrees in quantitative fields such as biostatistics, statistics, informatics, computer science, or mathematics are strongly preferred.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to learn and gain proficiency in any or all of the following as necessary: SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, Python, R, etc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

• Advanced critical thinking skills, a strong work ethic, a creative mindset, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, design-mindedness, adaptability to change, comfort with ambiguity, efficient time management, technical aptitude, and business acumen are required.
