This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Assist Product, Marketing, and Operations teams by transforming inquiries into data insights, trend evaluations, and concise responses.
• Utilize SQL, Databricks data marts, Tableau dashboards, and Python automation for analysis.
• Share operational responsibilities with the Lead Analyst while managing daily requests.
• Create and sustain Tableau dashboards along with routine reports for essential Auto/Moto metrics.
• Develop SQL queries and establish data marts within Databricks.
• Address ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, including data insights, trend evaluations, and explanations of anomalies.
• Enhance the reporting framework by standardizing metrics, automating manual tasks, and boosting data reliability.
• Use Python and pandas to automate recurring reports.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to define data requirements and achieve consensus on metrics and data structures.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Capable of independently creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Experience with Python and pandas for report automation.
• Ability to work autonomously, decompose tasks, ask insightful questions, and deliver clear outcomes.
• Comfortable liaising with other teams, gathering context, and aligning on requirements.
• Proficient in English for effective stakeholder communication.
• Experience in building reporting systems from the ground up is advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of Databricks is a plus.
