This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Utilize various data sets to formulate testable hypotheses for Xsolla’s clientele to implement.

• Develop straightforward, executive-ready narratives that resonate with non-analysts.

• Suggest and assist in the implementation of impactful A/B tests.

• Collaborate with Game Data Analysts and Data/ETL engineers to ensure data cleanliness, security, and clarity.

• Leverage genre benchmarks to provide context for results and identify repeatable successes.

• Employ market data to benchmark and corroborate internal discoveries.

• 2–5+ years of experience in game analytics with a proven history of presenting to non-analysts.

• Proficient in user acquisition, creative strategies, mobile measurement partners, monetization/live operations, and payment conversions.

• Strong SQL and business intelligence skills; capable of validating metrics and ensuring the integrity of data pipelines.

• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.

• Ability to operate at an advanced level in SQL, Python, or R.

• Language proficiency in key markets (Russian, Chinese, Korean; additional languages are a plus).
