This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

• Analyze and curate current data sources to assist Product and Business stakeholders.

• Manage specific elements of the analytical lifecycle, from data exploration to the delivery of insights.

• Convert data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Maintain technical definitions and documentation for datasets.

• Design, create, and present Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Conduct data wrangling and transformations using SQL within analytical databases.

• Collaborate with data teams on data management and governance initiatives.

• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for data ingestion and datamart creation.

• Analyze user engagement and product data to uncover operational and business improvement opportunities.

• Implement and communicate best practices in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder engagement.

• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis, including comprehensive analytical projects.

• Experience with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with Python 3.5 or newer.

• Strong practical SQL skills.

• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization tools.

• Working knowledge of data ETL and processing methodologies.

• Capability to utilize AI tools for technical documentation, reporting, and testing.

• Experience with geospatial querying is advantageous.

• Background in the real estate sector is a plus.

• Ability to convert non-technical stakeholder requirements into user-centric analyses and reports.
