This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Gather data, prepare and disseminate reports, and analyze outcomes.
• Support efficient and effective program management.
• Identify trends related to poor work quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze and compile data from technical assessments as needed.
• Provide training and guidance on processing and procedural issues.
• Analyze and report on various trends.
• Ensure the integrity of data and create reports that measure data accuracy.
• Assist with client setup and the maintenance of parameter forms.
• Extract data and evaluate information based on plan and jurisdictional requirements.
• Collect and prepare statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Recommend training needs to management.
• Analyze cause-and-effect ratios and trends, including return-to-work, accommodations, disability durations, injury by job type, and disability diagnosis.
• Present findings to clients and/or management.
• Support the organization's quality initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Travel as necessary.
• A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A strong preference for three (3) years of experience in query and report writing.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Economics from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of query and report writing.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.

• Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
